Shipping Options:

We deliver orders exclusively within Germany using DHL. Our shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are as follows:


Standard Shipping: Free for orders above €50. Delivery time: 2-5 business days.


Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

 

Delivery Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays due to holidays, customs clearance, or delivery disruptions. We are not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving issues with the courier service.


Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are shipped. If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact DHL directly to file a claim. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking your shipment if needed.


Shipping Costs & VAT:

Shipping costs are inclusive of 19% VAT, as per German tax regulations. No additional taxes or fees will apply to orders shipped within Germany.


Right of Withdrawal:

In compliance with German distance selling regulations (Fernabsatzgesetz), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. If you choose to exercise this right, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to proceed with returns and refunds.


Environmental Sustainability:

We strive to minimize our environmental impact by using eco-friendly packaging for all deliveries. Additionally, DHL’s GoGreen service is available to reduce the carbon footprint of each shipment.
